Paul,

Perotrochus tangaroana Bouchet & Metivier, 1982 is a valid, although very rare,
species from off New Zealand. It is similar but somewhat smaller than
westralis. It was and sometimes still is confused with westralis, the species
found from Western Australia. The only pictures I have seen are in The Living
Pleurotomariidae by Anseeuw and Goto.
