Dear Art,
        Thanks for the tip.  I'll try to see what I can do trying to locate
Carl.
        By the way, I talked to Helen DuShane, who was  sent a
complimentary copy of the Epitonium Book and she was very excited and said
that she thought that it was well done.  Kudos!!!
