Hi...For what its worth I just suggested writing or e-mail to Tom Rice
He issues a book called  "A Sheller's Directory of Clubs,Books,Periodicals
and  Dealers.  There are loads of E-mail addresses in it thats at least a
start.  His e-mail and web site follows

you how to avail yourself of the book and/or give further information.
