Maria and all:

I am relatively new to the list, but I have been very surprised at the amount
of commercial messaging that takes place on Conch-L, subtle and not so
subtle.  The, I think, second and third messages following yours are sad
examples of what should not be happening here.  Perhaps it is time for the
dealers, etc., to set up their own list where Conch-L members could go
voluntarily to seek out their commercial information.
