Hi Ross,
Not sure about the light-colored African cone, perhaps Conus taslei Kiener.
The darker-colored one is Conus ermineus Born.  Okay Turrid Man, fasten your
seat belt.  I'm about to make your day!  The Philippine cone is not a cone -
it is a turrid!  The picture is not too clear but I am quite sure it is
Mitromorpha atramentosa (Reeve).
