I purchase my zipper bags from Associated Bag Company.  1-800-926-6100
Minimum order per size is 1,000.  They have many different brands and
qualities to choose from and the smallest size available is 2"x2".

Associated will send you its'145 page catalog which also includes packaging
and mailing materials.  They're a very service oriented company.
