| If you are using Microsoft Outlook simply select a message from the person
| whose messages you don't care for, then under Actions menu, select junk
| e-mail, then add to junk senders list. Then go to organize under the tools
| menu & turn on junk mail. Messages go directly to the delete file, you don't
| even see them. Very easy & saves a lot of trouble...
