My third edition is copyrighted1955 and is 323 pages.
 
Andy also mentioned Sowerby's Book of Shells.  This is a 1996 reprint.
This book originally appeared as the Conchcological Manual.  The 1st.
edition appeared in 1939, the 4th and final edition appeared in
1852 and this is the one that was reprinted.
