While I am sure that Mr. Murex Man has only the interests
of the Conch-L membership in mind, I am quite sure that
he is violating copyright laws in that the owner of the
material is still realizing a profit from his original work.  I don't
think that we can no longer disregard the law.  If it isn't
your's, then you must get permission to use it - believe me -
that permission is not easy to get. Try it - you will understand
what I mean.
