a boy aged of about 10 years asked me to find some seashells for a
reasonable price.
He has saved at about $ 45  dollars from his pocket-money and is looking
for the following
shells listed below. Couls anybody help him with these shells, that he
could get one or other
specimen which he wishes to buy. I would ask to give him a good and
reasonable price
and nice shells.
with best shelling greetings as this request is not!!!!!! for me. That boy
just has visited me at the
museum with his father and I was able to donate him a few shells. Hope you
can help a
boy. I want to hear from you concerning the wishes of Jan Steger.

Hallo Helmut!

Ich habe nun etwas Geld zusammengespart und möchte mir dafür Muscheln bzw.
Schnecken kaufen. Könntest du mir dabei behilflich sein. Vielleicht
könntest du mir welche verkaufen, wenn nicht, kannst du mir eine Adresse
verraten,
wo ich sie mir bestellen kann. Gibt es in Österreich einen Händler ?

Folgende Mollusken würde ich gerne für meine Sammlung haben:
- Nautilus pompilius (möglichst groß, mit schöner Farbzeichnung)
- Penicillus strangulatus
- Conus geographus
- Thatcheria mirabilis
- Ficus gracilis
- Volva volva
- Strobus gallus
- Xenophora pallidula
- Stellaria solaris
- Caronia tritonis

Alle werde ich mir nicht leisten können, da ich nur über S 750,-- verfüge.
Es wäre daher wichtig, dass ich auch die Preise im Vorfeld erfahre, damit
ich dann nach Priorität wählen kann. Besonders gerne würde ich eine Nautilus
haben.

Ich hoffe, du hast mit meinen Wünschen nicht zu viel Arbeit. Aber ich weiß
leider keine andere Möglichkeit, wie ich zu diesen Exemplaren kommen kann.
