You got it right, Lynn; I'm the new Publications Director.  I'm still
sorting everything out that was given to me, so, please be patient about the
Index.  The 1997-2000 years are compiled but in an odd assortment of parts
which I am trying to combine into a usable form.  Yes, the index is being
considered as an addition to the COA website.  That's it for now.
