Recently while fighting his way thorough a hammock in south Florida,
Jacksonville Shell Club Corresponding Editor, Mark Williams Johnson,
made a big discovery -- a sinistral Liguus fasciatus. Between Mark and
Phil Poland, it would appear that the Florida Tree Snails can't hide
anything from their cameras! Not only did Mark find the sinistral
specimen, but he got a photograph of a normally coiled specimen
and the sinistral specimen on a single tree - crawling together!
