There is a small eulimid parasitic on club-spined sea urchins in south
Florida. I have found it twice, by looking closely at the spines of the sea
urchin for a "boll" .The mollusks make a nest in the spine that creates a
rounded area with a hole at one side. Several shells might be in the same
nest.
Also, I have often found eulimids on sea cucumbers. I just pick them up and
look them over. Most of the time I've found them hanging on to the
cucumber's skin, usually near one end.
