Marcus,
I have seen several of these shells dubiously from Palawan which one of the
local Mactan dealers was trying to pass off as  an Epitoniid. Also have
something in my collection from Bohol. I agree with Thomas that it is not
tuberculata although I havent looked at Philippine Shells to see what they
have illustrated. It is much too big for normal tuberculata. I feel Paul is
right and I am sure I have identified specimens as a Brotia, probably
dactylus. I will check this when I have time.
