Oh, boy!

I just re-read my "private" e-mail to Chris Vos. I am very sorry. It is not
my habit to give negative statements in front of an "audience".

>Their "new" Strombus, S. magolecciai, is compared with S. raninus.

>The "new" species
>>Dear fellow conchlers,
>>
>>During the Rotterdam shell show this weekend, rumours went round that a new
>>Tonna has been described. Gijs Kronenberg was already able to give me the
>>reference of the publication, and is also looking for a copy of it (for the
>>description of a Strombus, that is).
>>
>>Does anyone have a copy, or does anyone know where we could find a copy of
>>the following work:
>>
>>"Macsotay, O. & R. Campos Villarroel, 2001. Moluscos representativos de la
>>plataforma de Margarita - Venezuela - descripcioon de 24 especies nuevas."
>>The new Tonna is supposed to be Tonna galea abboti Macsotay & Villarroel,
>>2001
>>
>>Thanks in advance,
