Dear Bert,

Both your ID's appear to be correct.  Melapium is generally placed in the
family Olividae (unless this has recently been changed).  The Cockle is in
the genus Corculum, and there has always been some discussion whether
Corculum monstrosum is a valid species, or just a form of Corculum cardissa.
