To all of Conch-L

I hereby submit my formal apology to all of Conch-L and Shelline Group for
my "rapid" response to a problem my friend in our shell club was having.

I am very "touchy" about this subject having seen so many unwary collectors
who have spent lots of money to never see the shell they ordered.

I understand that most of the problem was with Italian Post Offices.
