Dear olleagues,

Sorry, here comes the full citation.

I have read the article about C. lividulum and C. renovatum published by Gofas S., Garilli V. & Boisselier-Dubayle M.C., (2003) 2004 * Nomenclature of the smaller Mediterranean Cerithium species. Bolletino Malacologico 39 (5-8) : 95-104.

I have sp. of Cerithium from Fuerteventura and Gozo, they looks nearly similar to C. renovatum. But I'm not sure if this are renovatum. Nordsieck, F., and F. García-Talavera. 1979 Moluscos marinos de Canarias y Madeira (Gastropoda). Aula de Cultura de Tenerife, Cabildo Insular de Tenerifek publish C. renovatum for the Canary Isld.
The distribution-map in the Gofas excluded Malta and the Canary Islands for renovatum.
NORDIECK 1974 Vol 6 La Conchiglia is not useful to determinate Cerithium species.
Does anyone know is there a good information on species from the Canary Islands and what species of Ceriths occurs in the Canary Islds.?

Best regards
