Am. Fr. tosaensis (Azuma, 1962) is for real.  Clathroscala tosaensis, Kuroda is a manuscript name and is not available. It is considered a "secondary homonym" of
Am. Fr. tosaensis (Azuma, 1962). ----Surprise!!! I knew something!
