Marcus,

If you have a copy of The Mollusks: A Guide to Their Study, Collection,
and Preservation edited by Sturm, Pearce, and Valdes you will find a map
showing the approximate boundaries of marine biogeographical zones on page
115, and a map for non-marine biogeographical zones on page 117.

The zones are approximations. Environmental factors can change periodicaly
and these will allow the boundaries of these zones to shift a bit. Also,
biogeographical zones can be defined differently for different groups of
organisms. The zones that I choose to use in the book were the ones most
people used as the general zones and ones that seemed to apply to
mollusks.
