OK - I was hoping that someone else would answer this one, but since
no-one else has responded, I'll try to do it as tastefully as
possible.  Martin, I know of no published common name for Typhis
latipennis.  But the species name means "side penis", in reference to
the long, tubular (dare I say erect?) spine which projects from the
side of the shell.  If you can create an acceptable common name for
your label from that information, go for it!
