Dear conch'lers
In the old book "Conchs tibias and harps" by Jerry Walls
there is a photo of a live taken Strombus kleckhamae
(not boholensis) given as "Chapman photo" .
Does anyone of you know this person and have an address
of him or of mr. Walls ?
And does anybody have a similar shell ? (or the more usual dead "subfossil"
from Rabaul , PNG )
