Conus spurius is off shore in deep water.  Conus floridanus can be found at Alligator Point
sometimes when conditions are right.  Conus jaspideus stearnsi can be found in St
Andrews Sound and on sand bars in St. Joe Bay.
 
I'm from the Gulf Coast Shell Club in Panama City.  We would love to have you come to our
meetings.  We have members from mary Ester and Ft. Walton.  If you want more
information let me know.
