I think "B" is Nassaria (Microfusus) spinigera (Hayashi & Habe, 1965).  See
Shells of the Philippines by Springsteen & Leobrera, p. 166-7, plate 44, fig
21.
 
Can't quickly place a name on the other two.  Believe "A" is a Latirus and
"C" is a juvenile Astraea.
