There is a listing of endangered species on Internet HSN reference
section titled "Rules".  This section gives a summary of U. S. rules of
interest to shell collectors.  Also included is a volumous portion on
rules in Hawaii for the state overall, and by nature reserves and
fishing control areas.  Rules are included for U.S. States and several
other countries such as the Philippines where these entities answered
requests for information.
