I haven't seen anything about C. milneedwardsi being listed and it is
not on the CITES list that is on the Internet.  It would certainly
change a few things (like price) but I kind of doubt they will be
listed.  Unlike the triton trumpet, giant clam, or queen conch which all
have an economic value or the green tree snail with a secondary economic
value (save the forest); the Conus milneedwardsi is of interest to shell
collectors and that is about it.  So I'll bet it is not on a protected
list.
