Evolution is a theory like Gravity is a theory. And I don't know of anyone
that lives on this planet that doesn't believe in gravity.

Serious scientists gave up treating evolution as a theory many, many, many
years ago. It is a fact and THE basic tenant of biological science.
Recent actions like those of the Kansas school board make America the
laughingstock of the civilized world and make those living in those states
where attacks on intellectual thinking are commonplace (i.e. Louisiana,
Alabama, Tennessee, Kansas) look like a bunch of hayseeds. Creation
Science is an oxymoron. There is NO science in Creationism. If you want
to teach Creationism in school, fine, but do it in Social Studies, a
creative writing class, or a class on 20th century Science Fiction, not as
a part of a science curriculum. People that say "I didn't descend from an
ape" show their ignorance on the subject of evolution. To not look at the
data and come to the conclusion that we share a common ancestor with other
primates is absurd. Creationists need to take their heads out of the sand,
realized that the earth is not flat, that it revolves around the sun, and
accept that evolution is a fact and move on.
