The September, 1999 issue of Internet Hawaiian Shell News is now on
line.

Features section has part 6 of Chang's articles on Turridae, an article
by Martin Tremor on "Across the Sea of Abaco", a shelling trip to the
Bahamas with the Cordys with photos, and a series of older articles in
the printed HSN involving Chlamys russata identification problems.

The "Month" section includes Avril Bourquin's find of Cypraea
rashleighana on Maui in shallow water, and an article on Johanathan
Rashleigh from the printed HSN, photos of live molluscs in "Recent
Finds" include Mitra (Strigatella pellisserpentis, Tugali oblonga and
what I believe was an Isopod (very interesting creature when examined in
detail), summaries of several CONCH-L threads that are of long-term
value, as well as my shelling adventures in Vermont, Las Vegas, and the
L.A. Natural History Museum.
