OK, I know most of you detest small bivalves but this question came up.

I've got a 3mm valve from St. Teresa, FL. It looks like Carditamera
floridana in coloration. But the shape is a boxy rectangle, the lunule is
slightly convex, and the ribs don't point so anteriorly as my adult C.
floridana.

So is this just a juvenile C. floridana or is there a Glans dominguensis or
other similar species to be found in NW Florida?
