Subject: Critical temperature measure
:

We are carring out an experiment to determine genetic coefficients for
four varieties of local potatoes, in order to validate the simulation
model for potatoes included in the recent DSSAT version. We are very
interested to use DSSAT in strategic decissions for agrotechnology
transfer in potatoes.

I need your help related with the measure of critical
temperature (TC) for our potatoes varieties. In Bogota the maximun
temperature is 21 C degrees. We are considering an experiment to
determine how temperatures under 21 C degrees inhibite the tuber development.
However we have not experience to measure that. You or other can help us
to design the experiment?

We are considering the possibility to take some coefficients, from
similar conditions and try them, is that way possible?

I am waiting for your answer.
