Hello,
I do not remember what number of error I had when I used the WM.exe. But I simply solved a very naughty problem (which spent me about two weeks) by using a very old computer installed with windows 95. I am still using the old computer to convert weather file from text format to DSSAT35 format. It is working all right. But I never successed in windows 2000. It is pissibly a problem of computer setting. But I do not know how to solve.
Good luck.
