Windows 2000 supports DOS windows and therefore DSSAT v3.5 and the
associated crop simulation models should work fine under Windows 2000. The
best solution to your problem is to create a short cut to DSSAT from your
desktop. Also, make sure that when you installed Windows2000 it included
the option to run DOS programs.
