Hello Gamal,

You can find information about running DSSAT in:

Hunt, L.A., J.W. Jones, P.K. Thornton, G. Hoogenboom, D.T. Imamura, G.Y.
Tsuji, and U. Singh. 1994. Accessing data, models and application programs,
volume 1-3. In G.Y. Tsuji, G. Uehara, and S. Balas (eds.) DSSAT v3.
University of Hawaii, Honolulu, Hawaii.

Imamura, D.T., J.W. Jones, P.K. Thornton, and G. Hoogenboom. 1994. Creating
management files to run models and document experiments, volume 1-4. In
G.Y. Tsuji, G. Uehara, and S. Balas (eds.) DSSAT v3. University of Hawaii,
Honolulu, Hawaii.

Jones, J.W., et al. 1994. Input and output files, volume 2-1 In G.Y. Tsuji,
G. Uehara, and S. Balas (eds.) DSSAT v3. University of Hawaii, Honolulu,
Hawaii.

Hoogenboom, G. et al. 1994. Crop models, volume 2-2. In G.Y. Tsuji, G.
Uehara, and S. Balas (eds.) DSSAT v3. University of Hawaii, Honolulu, Hawaii.

Chan, H. et al. 1994. Graphing simulated and experiment data, volume 2-3.
In G.Y. Tsuji, G. Uehara, and S. Balas (eds.) DSSAT v3. University of
Hawaii, Honolulu, Hawaii.

Thornton, P.K. et al. 1994. Seasonal analysis, volume 3-1. In G.Y. Tsuji,
G. Uehara, and S. Balas (eds.) DSSAT v3. University of Hawaii, Honolulu,
Hawaii.

These references accompany the DSSAt v3.5 software. Another way to learn
how to run DSSAT is to attend the DSSAT training workshop on December 9-18,
2002, at the University of Georgia, USA. The fee is US$1500. You can find
more information about the workshop at www.icasa.net/events/dssat2002.html.

You can find some information about climate change effect on wheat
production in:

Rosenzweig, C., and A. Iglesias. 1998. The use of crop models for
international climate change impact assessment. p. 267-292. In G.Y. Tsuji,
G. Hoogenboom, and P.K. Thornton (eds.) Understanding options for
agricultural production. Kluwer Academic Publishers, Dordrecht, The
Netherlands.

I hope this helps you start your work on climate change.

Sincerely,
Richard
