Dear all,

On the 26th and 27th of April there is a meeting in London, at the Royal
Society, with the above title. More details can be found at

http://www.royalsoc.ac.uk/event.asp?id=2844

or by contacting me.

Best wishes,

Andrew

Abstract of meeting:

Food crop production is inherently sensitive to climate and weather.
Changes in both the mean and the variability of climate, whether naturally
forced (eg El Nino), or due to human activities, pose a threat to crop
production globally. This meeting considers how to forecast the impacts of
climate variability and change on food crops, including the climatic
aspects of food security in Africa.
