Dear all,
          When I run crop management data tool, click new from file menu, pop information as follow:
         runtime error: 3170,can't find  ISAM.
          or I run Gbuild, occur such problem.
              In cmboutfiles/frmselection.
       The version of DSSAT is 4.0.2. The operation system is windows XP.
       Please help me. Thank you very much.
