Colleagues,
 
Prior to the annual maize and wheat modeling workshop at CIMMYT, we will
hold a three day workshop for programmers interested in developing a common
MS Windows-based shell for agricultural decision support tools.
 
Attached please find a more detailed announcement.  I apologize for the size
(280k), but we felt people should see a couple of screen images to
understand what the proposed interface looks like.
