Colleagues,
 
After discussions yesterday with the Texas A&M-BRC group, we have
reluctantly concluded that the DST workshop should be postponed until later
this year - tentatively October.
 
We are trying to link  the workshop to other meetings that people might be
attending.  One option is to schedule it between the CGIAR Consortium for
Spatial Information annual meeting (date and location to be announced) and
the American Society of Agronomy meetings (31 Oct. to 4 Nov., Salt Lake
City, Utah).
