Postdoctoral Associate / Visiting Scientist in Crop Modeling
The Biological Systems Engineering Department at the Washington State University in Prosser, Washington is seeking a postdoctoral associate or visiting scientist in crop modeling. This is a non-tenure track appointment, funded for two years by a cooperative agreement between the USDA-Agricultural Research Service and the Washington State University. Responsibilities include conducting research in modeling potato growth and development. Experience in planning field experiments, calibration and validation of crop growth/water quality models is required. Experience with computer programming and statistical analysis is desirable.
