To Ellen and all Shellers:
I have a copy of "How to Pronounce the Names of the Seashells of North
America" by Tucker Abbott on cassette tape. I will run copies off on my
dubbing deck for any one who wants a copy. I'll charge $2 a copy. Also
there is (was) a record (old men, myself, will remember records) on the
market, "Just Say Crepidula" by Tucker Abbot. Pronunciation, Crip-pid-u-la,
I say shell names phonetically. If someone wants a copy of "Just Say
Crepidula" and wants an audio tape, I can run it off on my turntable. How to
get it to me, good question. Oh, the first recording follows the index of
the book "Seashells of North America". I guess that is all the info. on
this subject.
