Bahia Honda State Park is in fact a "State Park" and therefore no
live collecting is permissable in accordance with the laws of the State of
Florida (whether mollusks, plants, etc.). All living (and quite possibly
dead specimens) are protected and they are even protected from
"mollestation" - whatever that means --- maybe you can't torment a
Strombus or proposition a Cerion.
http://home.sprynet.com/~wfrank/guide.htm gives an overview.
The appropriate links to Florida State Law can be found there.
