I got curious about the paper in the American Journal of Archaeology & was
able to download the entire issue even though I am not a subcriber. The
address is: http://www.ajaonline.org/issues/i_toc.html
When I clicked on the "Full Text" link for the Pinto-Guillaume's paper,
nothing happened. But then I tried the "Full Text" link for the entire issue
located near the top under the bar that says "Volume 106.1 January 2002" I
got the entire issue.
