I had several times the displeasure of encountering these blood suckers when diving at night. They
are attracted by our lights and attach themselves to any skin not covered by diving suit. It is
quite annoying mostly because there are zillions of them down there and they make very difficult to
concentrate on anything else.
I am glad I never found these mentioned on the article below on my dives - they are deep water
creatures, thanks God!
