It isn't a planarian-it is a genuine gastropod, but a caenogastropod.
It's colorful and the shell is not obvious in the picture (essentially
covered by the mantle), which is presumably what led to the
misidentification as a nudibranch. However, the absence of prominent
dorsal tentacles contradicts the nudibranch identification, even if
you don't immediately recognize it as a Cyphoma.
