Hi Doug,
"The Festivus", the publication of the San Diego Shell Club comes to mind
for such a note. It is a peer-reviewed publication of high standards that
has been published continuously since 1970. It has an excellent track record
of publishing -- among many other things -- valuable distribution notes,
especially concerning the Eastern Pacific region.
I can highly recommend this publication.
Best regards,
Michael
