I found a live Latirus in the Florida Keys in 1969.
Malacolog recognizes Hemipolygona cariniferus (Lamarck, 1816), H. distincta (A. Adams, 1855), and H. mcgintyi (Pilsbry, 1939). All range into the Keys, according to Malacolog. Can someone give a quick rundown of the differences?
