Hi, All!
I have been rereading my treatise on Dr. Walters pub-lication of Somaipecten cranmerorum. I noticed that he uses the term "crus," plural "crura" for any internal marginal teeth OTHER THAN the hinge teeth, i.e. the resilial, intermediate, and dorsal teeth. Other authors use "crus" for any internal dentition. Which is correct, or is it just a matter of choice, as long as the text makes it clear where the dentition is?

Thanks ahead of time.
                     Linda

P.S. Did anyone recognize any of the micros
                      on our club's web site?
