To all who responded about the Cancellaria and the abbotti vs. jacundus
debate; I want to give my greatest heartfelt thanks. The Cancellaria
problem
is solved; I now know that when I see a nutmeg with a perc, it was
probably the
results of an uneducated person sticking one (no matter what shell it
came from)
in there! As for jacundus/abbotti, I have decided to change mine (which I
had relabled
jacundus) back to abbotti. True jacundus is bright orange, and totally
different. Abbotti
looks like a cardinalis, with a white band around the middle, but the
background color is
greenish-brown, and the aperture is deep purple, not pink. Well, anyway,
I give my greatest
thanks for the help!
Kind Regards,
James
