The first ten got some very good help. The first four in the next group
sound rather musical if you say them together: Dell, Dillwyn, Donovan,
Dunker. (and) Finlay, Fulton, Garrard, Gebauer, Gmelin and Barnes.
That's ten more.
I am especially interested to know where an Author's type species
are housed. I know Dall's are in the Smithsonian, Kilburn's are in the
Natal Museum. But I really have very few authors and museums linked up
that way. I feel such information may be valuable to researchers. I know
the Sowerby Boys sold most of their material. But some might be in the
British Museum.
If anyone has such information whether I've asked for that specific
name or not, please share it with me. I plan to do this Authors
in---treatment for several more families.
It keeps me off the streets and away from evil companions.
