I had a similar experience with a hermit crab. I had been told that if you
wanted his (or her) shell, to put it in a really hot place in the water with a
same size shell next to it. Well, the crab and I sat for two hours. I feared
a heat stroke, and finally put the crab in cooler waters and went home without
it.
