Dear Conch-Lers,

The Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum on Sanibel Island can now be virtually
visited through its new web site at www.shellmuseum.org. The site was
developed and implemented in collaboration with the Southwest Florida
Library Network (SWFLN), a consortium operating from Bonita Springs,
Florida. I am grateful to webmaster Vince Mariner at SWFLN for the hard
work, and to Dr. Ross Gundersen, who skillfully and very graciously
designed and hosted our original site at the University of Wisconsin,
Parkside. Ross has agreed to continue to contribute his incomparable shell
pictures to the new site. Now, please check it out!

Cheers,

José
